Group Sessions

Group Sessions are a great way to get fit and stay motivated. Benefit form the same Crib experience, but compete against friends

  • Suitable for 2 to 5 people
  • Custom designed workouts specifically tailored to you as a group
  • Exercises designed to push you further by making you compete. Nobody wants to come last!

Booking a Group Session is simple. Book your normal session with Chris, then simply pay an additional £10 per person (max 5 people)

  • 2 Person Session: £10 extra
  • 3 Person Session: £20 extra
  • 4 Person Session: £30 extra
  • 5 Person Session: £40 extra
